Supplements Help with kidney problems in between cycles

I did not get my numbers done on cycle so I have no clue where my numbers were. They could have been normal or they could have been off. I have no idea.
I'm now 12 weeks after my cycle and about six weeks after my PCT. I got my blood work done and my kidney numbers are elevated. What's a good supplement to help get me kidney numbers back under control?
