another long day at work! mood and energy was down compared to earlier this week. my whole body has been pretty sore but today is a planned rest day so that worked out great. definitely got plenty of steps in at work today, packed in plenty of food, and the growth phase is still moving right along!

my energy was pretty decent today, definitely didn’t feel as cloudy minded as yesterday so my rest day definitely helped. scale is definitely moving up faster than i was expecting for this growth phase but my meals are staying clean and my bodyfat is staying low so i’ll keep doing what im doing. training sessions are getting better each day, strength and endurance are great and my pumps are insane (thanks to USP Cialis)!
