My only concern is how much test to use with it

way too much eq and you are in not so great condition, definitely not good enough to even be using steroids... so the answer to your question is ZERO of ANY steroid.. you need to just stop period

That is too much equipoise to be using. A dose of 500-600 mg per week is the most I would use

400mgs equipoise
200mgs testosterone

EQ might not be the best choice here. At that high of a dose, and with EQ promoting hunger, might be tough to maintain a recomp.
