Steroids Cautious on adding anavar on top of accutane

I’ve recently got put on accutane after a decades long struggle with acne. Have very bad acne which resulted in many day so of bullying my whole life, got tired of it into my 20’s and now found a good doctor who put me on It. I want to also use anavar with the accutane, would it be safe to use 50mgs a day of anavar to help me gain lean muscle mass for 6 weeks? I’m 6’1’’ and 185lbs and bodybuilding is all I got!
