Steroids Best way to bulk up using deca and sustanon?

Looking for some advice on the best way I can bulk up using duck deca and sustanon together. A friend of mine suggested 500 mg of sustanon and 400 mg of deca per week. Should I add an oral to this? I'm 5 ft 10, 198 lb, and I'm looking to get up to 210 to 215 lb, and I'm 38.

Deca and sustanon are fantastic. 250 mg of each is perfectly fine but run some proviron with it, 25 mg.
