I’m 28 years old and I would like to use Deca for the first time. I’m 5’6”, 170 lbs. For the past couple years I have been training naturally and I’ve put on about 15 or 20 lbs net. I currently bench about 250 lbs and I would like to get my bench press higher. How much Deca do you recommend for bulking up? Should I go with 500 mg a week or should I push it to 800 mg a week?
