I'm looking for your advice on using BPC. I have some really bad elbows that have been bothering me. I went to the doctor and they said that I should heal up with some rest. The problem is I don't want to rest; I want to keep lifting.
How much BPC do you recommend that I inject into my elbow? Should I go with 500 mcg a day and see how I do?
