if you want to train barefoot go to a yoga studio. no legit gym lets you train with no shoes lol
 
i think training in socks is as close to as what gyms will let you do. i don't think they will let you go full barefoot
 
i've seen people train in socks. i think a lot of gyms are okay with that as long as you aren't walking around too much
