I'll be training my arms today with this simple DB home workout. I'll be doing 2 sets for each exercise routine with a brief rest time between exercises. Enjoy!
#1. DB Arnold Press - 12 reps

#2. DB Alternating Front Raise - 12 reps

#3. DB Alternating Hammer Curl - 12 reps

#4. DB Lateral Raise - 12 reps

#5. Overhead Tricep Extension- 12 reps

#6. Upright Row - 12 reps
