I'm starting to really like working out in the morning because that frees up my entire afternoon after work. I live out on the west coast and I get off of work early because of the time zone

some of you on here are extremely dedicated and I know that you never miss a workout or anything like that
so I am assuming that you take something to get your energy up so that you don't miss a workout even on days where maybe you don't get enough sleep. What supplements do you use
if I weight train later on in the day around 5 or 6 and then go to sleep around 9 or 10 what is the best pre-workout that I can take before my workout that won't affect my sleep and keep me up all night?
