multivitamins

So a friend of mine lives in another country and he always calls me up every month and has me go online and order him multivitamins because in his country he can’t order them or something he spends about 80 dollars a month on these multivitamins for him to go all this trouble over multivitamins...

I want to hear an honest assessment of how many of you on here are using multivitamins. I'd never use them before and I don't feel like I've ever needed to use them however now I am training at least five times a week and I'm worried that my body isn't getting enough nutrition from my diet
