Used to switch training times, would train around 230-3 AM before work. Now that I've built up a nice little home gym I never have to worry about the new years crowd.
Great post Neuro. Every now and then I'll get discouraged when looking in the mirror and need to just take a step back, realize how far I've come and remember to stick to the game plan that's in front of me.
Feb will start my growth phase. Looking to slowly climb to 215 from 197 over 20 weeks while hopefully keeping fat where it is or shedding a bit off. Will be also looking to add to my 1RM's
