    Steroids how to use NPP for bulking?

    I would like to try NPP to bulk up more. I’m 160lbs and 5’9’’. I want to gain about 10-12 pounds then stop. How much NPP would work and how long? I have a couple options below. NPP 200mgs a week + test 300mgs a week OR NPP 400mgs a week + test 200mgs a week. Which one is good for bulking more?
