putting together my next stack and I wanted to add in some retatrutide and need some advice on how to do it
I’m 220lb and 5’11’’ 20% body fat. Would like to drop to 12-13% body fat
my plan was this:
2mgs 1-4 weeks
3mgs 5-8 weeks
4mgs 9-12 weeks
what are your thoughts on that?
