I think the best supplement you can take is cardazol. Two capsules in the morning and two capsules around noon time. That's perfect. You'll have sustained energy throughout.
You'll get good results on 2 to 3 IU's of HGH. I don't think you need any more for what you're looking for. If you wanted to increase it, you can. Just increase it gradually.
Have experience with it. I would recommend taking it daily for 12 weeks. See how you do on it. From there you can run it the way you want because it is not hormonal. You don't have to keep it on a schedule.
