@dbavo3 this is a really good training split but I will critique you on one thing. I don't think it's a good idea to train your shoulders on a particular split. Reason is is it's a very sensitive area. It should not be pounded an entire workout like that.

Deca is definitely the gold. If you want bulking benefits, I would do 250 mg of testosterone, 400 mg of deca and 10 mg a day of dianabol.
