Not a fan of milk. Protein powders are not my favourite either. I would just eat more real food. If you are going to use a whey product, mix it in water.
Out of those 2, I would go with proviron because it will just make your stack better. Mast is more of a cosmetic drug, best used when below 10% body fat.
Nothing wrong with taking a break to reset when you aren't feeling right. Some people try to grind through it but I always find it best to break and reset so good job. Congrats on that vascularity man. That is amazing. You are absolutely crushing this.
