You can run that stack just fine. I prefer to run SR a few hours before training but others will tell you to space your dose out throughout the day due to the short half-life.
I would first take a deep dive into your diet and make those changes first. Next thing to look at would be sleep. You need to be getting good quality sleep. Then, I would look at training for overall health.
I agree with mobster. If you are going to be shut down, might as well do proper TRT. SARMs on your cruise might have you feeling like shit without the androgens.

Yes, TB is required to be reconstituted. You just have to do the math on how many times you will be pinning regarding how many needles/syringes to get.
