Ocean AND mountains lol. We live close to mountains and the ocean so we see both in 1 day or we go on this hike by the island next to us that isn't exactly a mountain but it sure as shit feels like it when you're hiking next to huge drop offs and shit haha. Ill get pics next time.
Oh yah. We try to make every weekend have atleast 1 big outdoor day, mainly so the kids have a good life and all that, but obviously I benefit greatly too

In 7 days I've lost a total of 3 pounds. My body comp says I'm down 3% body fat overall.

Training: I take care of my grandfather Fridays, no training, hella driving. 14k steps at work

That's simple Carbs though, . Complex Carbs are linked to the opposite effect. I'm pretty sure rice is a complex carb. I'll do some more research and consider this. Training rn so no update to give yet haha
Rn it's mixed into the meal prep. But I'll consider this. There's alot of science behind eating Carbs at night though for serotonin production, better sleep, and shit like that. What's the reason behind wanting to avoid them in Dinner?
From what I understand both my watch and the detailed one I did work the same, they send little pulses of current/ electricity into your body and measure the frequency coming back
