Nothing can offset a bad diet or everyone would be walking around lean. Unless you have a consistent good diet, you will never get to the physique you are happy with.....let alone 6-7% body fat!
Way too much EQ man. I would never go over 600mg at most. I would also add a low dose test in there since EQ is a mild anabolic. You need some androgenic activity going on.
What does the diet look like? If you are only adding a bunch of fat trying to get over 200lbs, you might need some changes there. Please lay out your training too.
I would never recommend planning a diet around 1,200 calories. But there is a way to eat less and get the fat loss you want......fasting. Much different than starving yourself.
3 protein shakes per day......forget that man. You need to get some real food into your body instead of this processed dairy byproduct. It is as simple as eating more real food......chicken, turkey, eggs, buts, beef, etc. And you definitely do not need 300g protein per day.
