I would first take a deep dive into your diet and make those changes first. Next thing to look at would be sleep. You need to be getting good quality sleep. Then, I would look at training for overall health.
I agree with mobster. If you are going to be shut down, might as well do proper TRT. SARMs on your cruise might have you feeling like shit without the androgens.
