Trained with Kirk D on squats. Only issue is Kirk is a LOT shorter than me so racking the weight was an issue lol
Hatfield Squat
100kg x 8 reps, 200kg x 8 reps, 300kg/660lbs x 6 reps
Leg Press
155kg x 15 reps, 305kg x 15 reps, 455kg/1000lbs x 15 reps
Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 reps, 12p x 8...
Screengrab from the start of the 2nd set of pull ups. I think the heavy rows, heavy hammer curls and pull downs with well over body weight helped. I might try and do 3 x 5 reps next time
