Steroids How much deca do you really need to bulk up?

I'm currently 5'7", 172 lb and I'm about 14 or 13% body fat. No more than that. I would like to bulk up and get stronger. My question is how much deca do you really need to bulk up?
I was thinking of doing 250 mg of testosterone, 10 to 20 mg of dbol, and then some amount of deca. I'm not sure what is the minimum amount. Can I get away with 100 or 200 mg a week or do you need to push it up higher? It's going to be a 12-week cycle and I am in my early 30s.

You can run an 8 week cycle with 1ml (300mg/ml) Test-E per week and 1ml (300mg/ml) Deca per week. Add 1mg of Arimidex every 2 days and for recovery take 50mg Clomiphene (Clomid) per day for 20 days along with 20mg Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) per day for 20 days.

Bros, I like Deca and I like NPP. It's just a matter of which one you want to use. If you want to keep cycle less than 10 weeks, go with NPP. If you want to go longer, 12 weeks or more, go with Deca.
 
This right here is the GOAT setup:
- NPP or DECA 300 mg a week
- Testosterone 250 mg a week
- Proviron 50 mg a day
 
I would make sure you keep an AI on hand. Deca and testosterone together can definitely cause estrogen issues. You also want to run N2Guard, very important on cycle.

deca is a fantastic option. You can stack some proviron and testosterone with it. It's going to really give you some good results.
