MOTS-C Is kind of new to the bodybuilding scene but we've seen guys over the last year or two using it. A lot of them will stick to 2 mg maximum per day. I would run it on days you need extra energy.

MOTS-C is relatively new and the typical dose is anywhere from 5 to 15 mg/wk (5 mg/wk as a newbie) for 2 to 4 weeks at a time, so 2 to 4 weeks on and 2 to 4 weeks off.
Follow a 2 to 3 injection split protocol and you'd be better off injecting subc (flank, thigh or abdomen) 2 to 3 times per week preferably on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
