Peptides best way to dose pt-141 for erections?

I got me some pt-141 and I want to use it for erections and also give it to my wife for more sexual stimulation as she doesn’t orgasm easily and I read this stuff can help
I weigh 260 lbs and she weights 140lbs. We plan on taking it 2-3 hours before we do the deed.
what would be the best dosage for both of us? Should I go 2mgs and her go .5mg based on our weight?
