Here is how I would do this:
- I would run a 500 calorie deficit every day.
- I would do 250 mg of testosterone.
- I would do 500 mg of masteron per week.
Hopefully we can see Nasser come back again maybe another year. Hopefully he gains even more knowledge and he can really tell us more little tips and tricks.
I think you'll do great on Tren. This is how I would run it though:
- 250 mg/week of Tren
- 200 mg/week of testosterone
- Run T-Bol with it at 30 mg/day
