@Phill Bros, with a workout like this I like keeping it simple and keeping it strong. I like how you hit the glutes, calves, and hamstrings all together.
Bros, equipoise is one of the top options out there. I would stack 300 to 400 mg of it with about 400 to 500 mg of testosterone. Keep the testosterone a little higher.
Bros, when it comes to mastering I've always done good at 400 mg a week, 500 mg, or 600 mg. You get too hard almost but if you're competing or really trying to look good for photos, you can start increasing it up to 800 if you want.
