SARMS Learning about SR9009 and if it's really worth it

I am definitely interested in learning more about SR9009. I have heard that it is a really good option for endurance. I am looking to do more endurance sports, especially during the spring. What would you recommend I use with dosing? Should I do 10mg pre-exercise or should I do just 25mg a day?

You can take between 20-30mg/day, but as a newbie, it is better you start with 20mg/day and taper up.

Also, to ensure that your blood conc. levels are stable all through the day you will have to split your daily dose into 3 to 4 smaller portions as the half-life of SR9009 is short (between 4 to 6 hours).

To get the best out of your daily dose, you should take SR9009 30 to 60 minutes before your workout.

So, here's an 8 week cycle you can try out.

20mg/day (wk 1-2)
25mg/day (wk 3-6)
30mg/day (wk 7-8)

Make sure you don't go above 30mg per day and take a 4 week break before your next cycle.
