Week 4 of 12 weeks
Today was the big day the first official max doses being deployed for the remainder of my cycle.
Originally the plan with the pharmaqo anavar was 25mg a day 7 days a week, i ran into a small issue, the anavar does not have a break/cut line in the pill, i centered it tried to cut the 50mg tab in half, it just crushed it into a powder.
I contacted my coach let him know the situation, he comes back with ok we run 50mg a day 7 days a week, looks like the remainder of this cycle is gonna be spicy lol
Here is the break down for all of this
I am doing 3 injections a week for frequency M/W/F
Tamoxifen 10mg M/W/F = 30mg a week
Aromasin 12.5mg a day x7 days = 87.5mg a week.
Test C 500mg a week & Mast 200mg a week, each injection breaks down into 1.01mls, 3.03mls a week for full doses.
Anavar 50mg a day x7 days = 350mg a week.
Winstrol 20mg a day x7 days = 140mg a week
Total mgs a week = 1,190
The intention was never push into this range, i spoke with my coach and he believes im ready for it and can handle it, i feel the same way, so we ride the lighting on this one
Coach is more so aiming for a recomp/cut cycle from what he explained in our conversations together.
I took Winny/Anavar 45 minutes before my workout tonight, i chew the tabs and let them dissolve sublingual under the tounge.
Strength as i said is not the goal, but damn if i didn't feel strong as ever tonight, i kept it under control, man i really could have pushed so much harder, ive learned through coaching, stick with the plan and pace myself, that is what i did, its a beautiful thing when you start to understand pace, tempo, endurance and putting it all together.
Tonight my workout was 40 minutes in duration and according to my fitbit that i set to strength trianing, it tracks my heart rate, minutes working out and calories burned. I stayed in the vigorous zone for 32 minutes and the light zone for 6 minutes, burned 360 calories off those 40 minutes.
My endurance was crazy off the charts today and it is just getting started. The pump was so bad i had to drop weight at certian points or modify my range of motion lol, the var pump everyone speaks about is no fucking joke, i was doing Wrist work at 20lbs and it was almost unbearable lol.
So far 4 weeks in and this has been my happiest and most dialed in cycle yet, its hard explaining it, i just feel locked in and apparently my body just really agrees with all the compounds i am running, the synergy is fantastic. The pump is so unreal you feel like superman

best way i can explain this, it feels like it isnt even real in a good way, it just boosts your whole workout and productivity.
I can really start to see the vascularity difference and feel the size difference, everything i hit within the first 3 reps i have a maximum pump its ridiculously awesome.
