Peptides using hgh and bpc for injuries

I’m hoping you can give me some advice on using both hgh and bpc-157 for injuries. I’m not looking to add size or anything but I am dealing with some nagging injuries to my wrists from doing too many pullups and reverse curls/tricep work. Wrists flare up a lot. Should I pin bpc 100mcg into my wrist and then do 2iu’s of hgh per day?
or should I do a different dose?

2 ius hgh an d250mcg bpc to start with 250mcg tb4500
 
my pick would be tb500 and bpc. those stack well for injuries. but pin bpc into the injury
 
HGH is pricey. but so is bpc. its expensive but will speed up recovery.
do 2iu's hgh only per day with 500mcg max bpc to start
