25 years old and 176lbs and benching around 225 right now.
A friend of mine hooked me up with some halo. He said to run it as much as I can for as long as I can. He said he was able to set all time PR’s using it. He did up to 50mgs a day on it which he said was all he could tolerate before dropping it back down.
My question is he is 240 pounds and I’m only 180 pounds. What would be a good dosage for me? Should I start at 5mgs? 10Mgs? And how long do you think I should plan to use it so I can buy enough. My goals are STRENGTH. I’m very weak right now
