I’m looking for some advice on using bpc157, I’ve read that 250 mcg per day is a good amount to take. But now I’m seeing that people are going with 500 mcg or even 1 mg, total
I don’t have a particular injury but it seems to be several different things that are bothering me. I have four arm issues, especially around my wrists. Do you recommend I go with these dosages or something different?
