I'm desperate to get better sleep at night. My issue is, I'll fall asleep OK, but during the night, I'll wake up and I won't be able to go back to sleep. I'm looking for a growth hormone option that can really help me achieve a deep sleep where I don't have to get up. Do you think two IU's per day would be good before bed?
 
Bros, When it comes to growth hormone it's easy to use. Two to three I use per day is going to work on 90% of people. Try it. The only thing you have to figure out is if you take it before bed or in the morning.
 
If you want to get more healing benefits and appetite, use the growth hormone in the morning. If you want more sleep benefits and recovery, use it in the evening. If you want a little bit of both, then split the dosage up a.m. and p.m.
 
Timing of HGH is very important. You should be using it after a fast and then before you eat your first meal. That gives you an extra pulse of HGH.

Bros, in your situation you're not going to go wrong with two I use per day to start. You can start increasing it 2-3IU's and then even higher,4-5IU's for some people. If you start getting side effects then you should lower back down.
