Peptides tb500 and bpc mix for overall recovery?

I’m looking for overall recovery. Nothing really specific is going on in my body. I just feel like after an hour workout my body needs like 2 or 3 days to fully recover. Should I use TB 500 at 2 mg a day and then BPC at 250 mcg per day and inject it that way? I’m 58 years old.
 
you need to stack bpc and tb500. you should also look at ghk too. its a good option as well
 
i would do it like this:

tb500 2mgs a day
bpc 500mcg per day
first 4 weeks
 
bpc and tb500 are the GOATs. one of the things i like to do is frontload them. then you can run a lower dose
 
Make sure you're using umbrella. They are a legit source. You don't want to buy peptides from a fake place.
 
tb500 is good at 5mgs the first week. a lot of people like to jack it up to 10mgs too. either way is fine
 
do bpc as close to the injury as you can. but tb500 can be pinned anywhere. it gives great results
 
bros all in with bpc and tb500. they both work great. i like them stacked together!
