Hope you're doing well?! Here's my quick lower body workout comprising of a 60 second warm up and a 5 minute, jump rope cardio session to round up. Only equipment used here are dumbbells, enjoy!

Hip Thrust - 30 sec
		 
	
DB Swing - 30 sec
		 
	
		 
	
Lunges - 30 sec
		 
	
Glute Kickbacks - 30 sec
		 
	
Kneeling Squat Rotations - 30 sec
		 
	
Step to High Knee - 30 sec
		 
	
Wall Sit - 30 sec
		 
	
Jump Rope - Cardio - 60 sec x5
