I'm spending just about a quarter of an hour on this home workout beginning with warm-up time followed by a DB glutes exercise routine and then I'll round up with jump rope cardio. Enjoy!

#6. Kneeling Squat Rotations - 30 sec
		
	
Rest 20 sec
#7. Step to High Knee - 30 sec
		
	
#8. DB Swing - 30 sec
		
	
		
	
#9. Wall Sit - 30 sec
		
	
#10. Jump Rope - Cardio - 60 sec x5
