Supplements N2generate 10 caps?

N2generate Says to use it at 5 caps a day. But what if I was to double up the dose would that be okay to do or would that lead to any type of harmful issues,
also I've had some issues with a side stitch since I've been using it. Do you think that's just a coincidence or could the supplement be causing that
