Training Glutes + Cardio Workout In Less Than 20 Minutes

Hello Y'all and Happy Holidays,

Here's my 10 minute glute plus cardio workout with a 2 minute rest time. I start with warm ups followed by my glutes workout then cardio. Enjoy!

Approx. 6 minute warm ups:
- jogging in place (240 sec)
- Squats (30 sec)
- leg kicks (30 sec)
- arm swings (30 sec)
